Sonnet 10

I'm caught inside an unforgiving sphere;
Encircling some dim idea of you.
Accelerating -through each wave of fear-
With no idea of where I'm heading to.

The precise frequencies that you emit
Reverberate through me in perfect pitch.
You show me every note, and where they fit;
The music that you make is warm and rich.

But when I wander from your gravity
I can not hear your song (or sing it's tune.)
I struggle to recall the melody;
I rush back to your side (a bit too soon.)

       I'll make it all up (just as I had planned.)
       I'll keep up with the pace, if I can stand.

Sonnet 9

I can not say "I love you as you are;"
Tomorrow brings a newer, better you.
You're perfect now, but when I search my heart...
I see your transformation isn't through.

Like me, you can not stay within your skin.
It sheds as your new flesh breaths in fresh air.
The person that was living deep within,
Is no longer held down by old despairs.

However I can not know what I chase;
The one I'll love tomorrow is a dream.
I wonder who she'll be (under that face,)
And how I might fit in to her new scheme.

       Tomorrow's always show me something new;
       The best one's are when that new thing is you.
